InfluenceAI™ is an Instagram automation and analytics platform for creators and businesses,
owned and operated by Claudia Pisanu from Spain. This policy specifically governs how
InfluenceAI™ handles data obtained through the Meta / Instagram Graph API.
1. Information We Collect
When you connect your Instagram Business account to InfluenceAI™, we collect:
Instagram username and profile information
Public profile statistics (followers, following, media count)
Media (posts, reels, stories) metadata and insights
Comments and direct messages required for the automations you explicitly enable
Access tokens for API authentication
2. How We Use Instagram Permissions
InfluenceAI™ uses Meta / Instagram permissions strictly to deliver the features you explicitly enable in your account:
instagram_basic, pages_show_list, business_management, public_profile — used to authenticate your Instagram Business account and display your profile and analytics inside InfluenceAI™.
instagram_content_publish — used ONLY when you create and schedule a post through InfluenceAI™. We never publish without your explicit action inside the app.
instagram_manage_comments — used ONLY to power the comment-to-DM automations you configure yourself (e.g. reply to a specific keyword on your own posts).
instagram_manage_messages — used ONLY to send Direct Messages on your behalf as a result of the automations you configure (welcome DM, comment-to-DM, story reply).
No action is taken on your Instagram account unless you have explicitly set it up inside InfluenceAI™. You can disable any automation or disconnect your account at any time.
3. How We Use Your Data
Display your profile metrics and statistics
Generate personalized insights and recommendations
Show engagement analytics and trends
Execute the publishing, comment-reply and DM automations you have enabled
All data processing happens securely on our servers. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for advertising.

5. Your Rights
Disconnect your Instagram account at any time

We retain your data only while your account is connected. When you disconnect your Instagram account or request data deletion, we remove all your data within 30 days.
